Emily leads HR and Risk Management at GrowthBridge, combining a master’s in HR with a passion for team success and organizational growth. Originally from coastal Maine, she now lives in Colorado with her husband and son—and enjoys reading, fly fishing, and cooking.
Scott brings nearly 20 years of sales experience, known for his integrity, relationship building, and commitment to hard work. Based in Southport, NC with his wife and son, he enjoys coastal living and fishing—and lives by the values of faith, family, and impact.
Michelle is a seasoned financial consultant with leadership experience at PwC, PSS World Medical, and The Safariland Group. She specializes in technical accounting, acquisitions, and ERP systems—and brings deep insight from her Green Industry roots. She lives in Florida with her family.
Pleas is a serial entrepreneur and operations specialist with 20+ years of experience launching and scaling small businesses. As co-owner of Carolina Creations, he’s known for hands-on leadership and a passion for farming and community. He lives in North Carolina with his wife and two kids.
Art is the founder of Carolina Creations, where he scaled the business to $20M+ and now leads growth through strategic partnerships and M&A. He’s passionate about business transformation and youth development, serving on the NCNLA board. Art lives in North Carolina with his wife and three children.
